STD's rampant in Seniors Communities

I supposs it was only a matter of time.

At "The Villages", one of the fastest growing premier communities in Florida, Gynecologists are reporting seeing more cases of STD's then when they worked in Miami.

... Quote:
"I have had a better dating life since I have been here than I have ever had," Franklin said. "I know there are things going around."

A doctor blamed Viagra, a lack of sex education and no risk for pregnancy for the spike in sexually transmitted diseases at The Villages.

There's got to be a lot more juicy stuff to this story than this. Exactly what is going on with retirees these days? Are they catching up for what they missed in the 60's? How is this behavior being viewed? Is it just acceptable to "run around" now at a certain age?

I guess we have a lot more to look forward to in retirement than we realized. :P

Why are you personally advocating promiscuity?

Is this not a website that children can frequent?
By JJ&E: posted on 28-5-2006

I'm not advocating it - I'm personally shocked. I'm wondering what is going on that people are obviously running around in the community to this extent.

I'm wondering if the social situation is becoming complacent about promiscuity and a bit dumbfounded that seniors are being so irresponsible. This is not just a seniors community, there are children growing up here too, and these things do not escape the eyes of children.

My last comment was tongue in cheek, sorry if it threw you off.

STDs in The Villages, Yes We Know!

:guy
The Villages is a community for VERY ACTIVE retirees located in Central Florida near Lady Lake. We're almost 50,000 strong now.

We may have the wrinkles of a 70 year old but we have the libido of a 20 year old. We get that way from playing a game called Pickle's Balls every Monday (don't ask) and Shuffle Broads every Wednesday!

In The Villages you can find seniors skinny dippin' at the Springdale Pool on Sunday nights, topless bowling at Spanish Springs Lanes on Tuesday mornings, line dancing with Kip's Weenie almost every Friday night and Toss Your House Keys In The Bucket at Katie Belles on Saturday nights, to see who beats you home.

We even have our own bank here called Citizens First Sperm Bank where deposits are infrequent and premature withdrawls are frowned on. The Church On The Square has a big organ you can play with if you get lonely however.

The Singles Club is affectionately referred to as The Swingles Club. Richard (Dick) is the club's mascot. Unfortunately the female to male ration is about 28 to 1. So all the guys get lucky every night, some are many times luckier than the others.

Drinks are always two for one here and the bars try to outdo each other with low low prices on alcohol and low cut tops on the bar maids. How's $1.97 for Martinis sound? For $2, you get 3 cents change and a phone number.

Crazy Gringos is the real hideaway tucked inside the other bowling alley, Fiesta Bowl. Here you can hear the women crooning to their man friends almost every night. This Love Nest is quite a pick up place. Some guys make three round trips a night and might even catch an earlybird special too.

So when you get to be 55 and can move here, you'll be happy Viagra was invented too. "So many partners, so little time." is our slogan here at The Villages. You know in the commercials where they say If an erection lasts more than 4 hours, call your doctor? Here, if an erection lasts more than 4 hours it makes the front page of The Daily Sun, and parts of pages 2 and 3 also.

WVLG (our AM radio station) stands for Women Value Large Guys and VNN (our TV station) is the Vagina News Network. The local anchor, Jessica Kiss (her actual name) is a real mouth watering babe too.

They used to have parades here every month but the women got more risque with their costumes and more and more men paraded down Main Street with bulging crotches.

Probably the best thing about America's Friendliest Hometown is the escalating values of our homes here. Effective June 1st, new home prices go up 18% because with every new sale, you now get a 10 year's supply of Purple Glow In The Dark Condoms. This way the golf carts can avoid the old guys trolling in the streets late at night (9:15 PM).

Well, gotta get back to line dancing...that's my favorite song playing, Bootie Call! :dbguy

Regards, Pussy Galore...

P-galore, we need to keep the conversations clean, we have many minors that come here. Your username needs to be changed if your planning to post regularly. Tell me what you want to change it to and I will switch it.

Now my 2 cents, at 70 years old these activities are very extreme. I don't see anything wrong with dating at that age but to have sex parties with drugs and alcohol, seems sick. The drug and alcohol abuse is changing your behavior and lowering your life morals. You have become more like animals then adults.

First there is the advocation of promiscuity, then a direct plug for the retirement community's recreational program. ;)

Next, they'll be selling geriatric pornography on this topic.

Galore - are you really a resident of The villages?

If so, correct me if I'm wrong, but even though this is a strong haven for retirees, it is my understanding this is a mixed community, that they have their own schools even. What kind of a message are the children of this community growing up with? :ba

Looks like Mrs P Galore and her over sexed senior community received a major cosmic blow job. A killer tornado struck the area lastnight at 330am.

Disaster crews with dogs went from one pile of debris to another in a search for bodies Friday after powerful storms, including at least one tornado, smashed hundreds of homes across central Florida and killed 19 people or more.

Lake County emergency management officials said there were now 13 confirmed deaths in the Paisley area and six in Lady Lake.

It was the deadliest combination of thunderstorms and tornados to hit Florida in nearly a decade, cutting a 40-mile swath of destruction across four counties just before daybreak, terrorizing residents of one of the nation's biggest retirement communities, and leaving trees and fields littered with clothes, furniture and splintered lumber.

Residents help pull the dead from the ruins.

"It was scary, really scary," said Patrick Smith, who lives in the Paisley area, where at least 11 deaths were reported. He said he saw a weather alert on television, grabbed his wife and "went straight to the floor." After the storm passed, he pulled the bodies of a man and his 9- or 10-year-old son from a neighboring house.

Florida's emergency management chief, Craig Fugate, said it could take several days to determine the exact number of dead, and the main priority was finding survivors who may be trapped.

I don't think the man upstairs liked what was happening at this senior community of 50,000.

I've been to The Villages and loved every minute of it. Your tongue in cheek commentary was great even though some people took offense. It takes a special kind of humor. But on a seriious note-seems that the seniors need to be aware of things lurking in the night. STD's can be killers. Literally. Sexual awareness should be out in the open for everyone to know that they can contract a disease. For the person that said the tornadoes were punishment for misbehavior-your a _ss. We are sexual human beings, even if it doesn't fit you morality.
