The poor guy had his balls accidentally cut off and this guy is laughing at his high voice? Honestly, I wanted to laugh too until I read the title. I suppose this video is a good test of character. Unfortunately, I find it sadder than I do funny, but maybe that's just me.

I couldnt stop laughing, the presenter is totally going crazy when he asks him about his sex life and he answers. Heck I didnt understand what he was saying but the guy's laugh is really funny. And the way he keeps saying excuse me and then laughs again pissing the "decapitated" man off!
