Container stack collapse on ship

It must have hit a wave, but thats going to be a mess to remove. There are 5 containers on the left column, I wonder if the 5 that would have been on the right all fell overboard?

The containers must be stuck together somehow otherwise they would have all fallen off.

Just think of all the damaged merchandise in them containers, I would'nt want to be responsible for it.
