I think half of those people were in an altered state of mind when they called 911. Funny stuff anyway though.
Funny, almost related, story... my brother just a few nights ago went out with some friends and stole a bunch of traffic cones, for sale signs, etc.
and stacked it all in the middle of a residential street. People would have to get out of their cars and move the junk to get by, and my brother and
friends would put it back after they passed. After a little while of doing this a police car shows up. My brother goes one way, and his three friends
accidentally run into a corner after which they are caught. Said friends got off with a warning, since one of them was 11, and none of them were over
15, my brother being 17, but at least two of them got grounded for a month. My parents are clueless that this happened.
