Ugh....no one wants to see food stuck between your teeth. Plus how the hell are you supposed to eat? A bib can only do so much.

I wonder how they got it in, it must have required surgery, as its not like an earring hole, its huge.

If she had a hole in the middle of the window she could drink shakes through a straw with her mouth closed.
